I purchased this doll when it was on sale, plus an extra percent off, so it was $50 and I am pleased with the quality for that price. The doll is adorable and so happy. My daughter is thrilled with her. My grandmother gifted her with some baby clothes for the doll in 0-3 months (Carter's) and they fit very well. Shes weighted well and our eye lashes have lasted so far so good. My daughter gets complaments and people sometimes thinks she is real. That is until her leg fell off. I was able to reattach it but I understand sowing and how to assemble dolls. So I wasn't new to this. Other wise she is a good doll. We were very gentle with her though. Two days after xmas the arm ripped, my granddaughter was devastated to say the least. Luckily I was able to sew it because I couldn't send it back because she was in love with her, she's 11 so she treated it well. I would not really recommend till they replaced body cloth to a more sturdier material. Gorgeous doll, other than the cheapness of body material, not worth the price till they make changes. Would have sent it back but how could I with the tears in my granddaughters eyes? The body seems to be stuffed way too full so the doll looks kind of odd shaped and in my opinion if you're are going as far as to make the doll look so real the weight should be more realistic as well... but like I said still a beautiful doll! However, I am returning Both dolls that I ordered because I had ordered them for my sister's children who were going to be on a 20 hour car ride back home and I wanted to make sure that they had something to do and play with on their way home and I was guaranteed that they would be here no later than 10:00 pm that day which was perfect bc my sister planned to leave at 10 or 11 and drive while her girls slept. But the dolls did not come until the next day and by then my niece's were gone. I was very very disappointed. She feels more real & life-like than others that cost twice as much. I highly recommend her. She always makes me smile just by looking at her. I named her Charlotte. I now have my own princess. The quality is really good for the price, I was iffy at first but all the good reviews helped.
When you pick up the doll her head goes back as if she were a real baby. And the body is just so soft.
Any kiddo would love her!
